Effective Date: August 28, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of HVAC EMT's website, online customer services, communications, and services provided by HVAC EMT. By using our website, submitting a service request, or engaging HVAC EMT for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as applicable to your use of those services.

HVAC Services

HVAC EMT provides commercial and residential HVAC-related services, which may include diagnostics, maintenance, repair, installation, replacement, and related services.

The specific scope of work, pricing, equipment, materials, scheduling, and other terms applicable to a particular job may be described in an estimate, work order, authorization, invoice, service agreement, or other document provided by HVAC EMT.

If the terms of a specific written estimate, work authorization, service agreement, or other job-specific agreement conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the job-specific agreement will control with respect to that service.

Estimates and Authorization

Estimates are based on the information reasonably available to HVAC EMT when the estimate is prepared. Conditions discovered during diagnosis or performance of the work may affect the recommended work, materials, equipment, schedule, or price.

Work requiring customer approval will be performed subject to the applicable authorization process. Additional or materially different work may require additional customer approval.

Scheduling and Service Availability

Appointment times and service schedules may be affected by technician availability, weather, equipment or parts availability, emergency calls, site conditions, or other circumstances outside HVAC EMT's reasonable control.

HVAC EMT will make reasonable efforts to communicate material scheduling changes to affected customers.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, property, equipment, and service-request information and for providing HVAC EMT with reasonable and safe access to the property and equipment requiring service.

Customers should inform HVAC EMT of known hazards, access restrictions, property requirements, or other conditions that could affect service.

Pricing, Invoices, and Payment

Pricing and payment terms applicable to a particular service may be stated in the applicable estimate, work authorization, invoice, customer agreement, or other service document.

Customers are responsible for amounts properly authorized and due for services provided by HVAC EMT according to the applicable payment terms.

Electronic payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Those providers may maintain separate terms and privacy practices governing their payment services.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

HVAC EMT offers optional service-related SMS/text messaging to customers who affirmatively choose to receive text communications.

By providing a mobile phone number and opting in to SMS/text messaging from HVAC EMT, you consent to receive service-related text messages from HVAC EMT. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling information, technician status updates, estimates, work-order updates, service notifications, invoice and payment-related notices, and other communications relating to services you request from HVAC EMT.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services from HVAC EMT.

You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.
